Apply to join the builder pool
One application, one technical screen and a portfolio review. Your rate band is set from your experience — you can move up later.

Say how much you can take on
Ten hours a week or forty. You only get offered work that fits the capacity you set, so nothing collides with your own clients.

Accept the builds you want
You see the scope, the start date, the squad and your rate before you say yes. Decline as often as you like.

Build on AlisX, log hours, get paid
Every build runs on the AlisX platform, in the client's own cloud. Your time is metered on the platform and you invoice for the hours you log.
No bench, no exclusivity. Keep your own clients, take the builds you want and decline the ones you don't.

AlisX is an agent-native workbench for building software with AI. Alis Build turns that into production software: a ring-fenced environment inside the client's own Google Cloud, under their IAM, with Git, CI/CD, registries and infrastructure as code already set up.

You bring the agent you already use — Claude, Copilot, Codex, Cursor — and ship through the same define, build and deploy pipeline everyone else on the build uses. Skills from the AlisX ecosystem carry the standards, so you spend your hours on the product rather than on setup.
